SCBX is now accepting applications for the Young Tech Scholarship 2025, a fully funded opportunity designed to launch your undergraduate academic and professional journey within the SCBX Group.

Program Overview

The SCBX Young Tech Scholarship is a transformative opportunity for high-potential Thai students to pursue undergraduate studies at world-class overseas universities. This fully funded program empowers young innovators who are passionate about technology and possess a bold vision for the future.

Aligned with SCBX’s commitment to long-term talent development, this program aims to cultivate future-ready innovators and next-generation changemakers, while nurturing homegrown leaders to contribute to the advancement of innovation and shape the future of Thailand.

Full Program Support

A fully funded scholarship covering 100% of all expenses throughout the program, including:

• University application fees, tuition fees, and health insurance (as required by the university)
• Monthly personal living allowance
• Miscellaneous expenses such as airfare, visa fees, medical check-ups, computer equipment, luggage, and clothing, as specified by SCBX

Opportunities to engage with leading tech companies and intern within SCBX Group

Guidance and support from top-tier experts across SCBX Group and partner organizations

Participation in a personal development program with specialized mentorship and coaches

Career acceleration within the SCBX Group

Scholarship Conditions and Repayment Terms

• Recipients must sign a scholarship agreement and provide a qualified guarantor.
• Recipients must complete their studies within 4 years, or within the official duration specified by the academic institution.
• Service Commitment: Upon graduation, recipients must work at their assigned sponsoring company within the SCBX Group for 1.5 times the duration of their study program.
• If the full service commitment is not fulfilled, recipients must repay the total scholarship amount along with a penalty of 1.5 times the disbursed amount as specified by SCBX.
• Partial employment durations will not reduce the repayment obligation.

Eligible Applicants

• Thai citizens aged 20 years or younger
• Strong academic performance (minimum GPA of 3.25/4.00 or equivalent)
• Demonstrated high-caliber involvement in extracurricular activities
• Accepted to or holding an unconditional offer from a world-class overseas university
• Field of study must align with SCBX Group’s strategic directions, including but not limited to:
  Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), Innovation, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Computational Finance, Operations Research, Digitalization, or other related specialized areas

Selection Process

Stage 1: Initial Pre-Screening

Applicants must complete the application form in full to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.

Stage 2: Document Submission

Shortlisted candidates will be contacted to submit the required documents.

Stage 3: Assessment

Shortlisted candidates will complete an assessment.

Stage 4: Interview

Qualified candidates will attend an interview with the Scholarship Committee.

Stage 5: Final Evaluation

Finalist candidates will undergo a comprehensive evaluation before final selection.
