Consumer Finance and Digital Finance Group

With the goal of promoting simpler and more secure financial access, the SCBX Group continues to strengthen our digital finance platforms by employing artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies as well as alternative data to underwrite loans and deliver financial solutions that best suit clients’ ability and willingness to repay.

SCBX Group and its subsidiaries offers various digital lending services to unlock access to lending for underserved groups.

AutoX introduced a title loan product for non-bank customers who own motorcycles, cars, trucks, or agricultural vehicles for work and require short-term financial support. The solution is also designed to support microbusinesses, rural populations, and individuals with health conditions or impairments, including elderly customers up to 65 years old—reinforcing AutoX’s commitment to inclusive financial access.

SCB has launched Fraud Fighter, a nationwide financial and digital fraud literacy campaign aimed at empowering Thai people with the knowledge and skills to combat increasingly sophisticated cyber threats.

Serving as a comprehensive digital knowledge hub, the campaign offers practical tools to help individuals recognize scams, understand fraud tactics, and carry out online transactions with greater confidence.

In 2024, the campaign achieved over 95 million impressions, reflecting its significant reach and impact across the country.

The campaign features easy-to-understand content based on real-world fraud cases, presented in innovative and engaging formats across multiple channels. These include a video content series on YouTube and TikTok, practical tips and resources published on the dedicated SCB Fraud Fighter website, as well as targeted training sessions for vulnerable groups — particularly the elderly, who are often primary targets due to lower financial and digital literacy and who may face severe consequences if defrauded of their life savings.

MONIX launches “Money Wise, Happy Life” – a free e-learning program promoting financial literacy for everyday life.

Highlighting the strong interest among Thailand’s Gen Y in improving their money management and debt-handling skills.

Over 30,000 learners joined in 2024, primarily via smartphones.
