Key Responsibilities:
- Research trends, summarize findings, and draw implications for knowledge-sharing initiatives supporting Portfolio companies and internal talent team.
- Conduct workforce data analysis using external data sources for the benefit of Portfolio Companies and for internal use within SCBX.
- Act as the primary Project Management Office (PMO) for the talent team, managing stakeholders and coordinating work and analyses in due diligence and post-deal contexts.
- Serve as an internal advisor, engaging in idea exchange and discussions with Portfolio companies on various HR initiatives, covering organizational structure, workforce management, talent management, and talent development.
- Build and nurture relationships with Portfolio companies.
- Research technology and HR practices trends and disseminate knowledge internally.
- Collaborate with other members of the talent team to develop software applications.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in consulting, Human Resources Organizational Development, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of talent management and development strategies and implementation.
- Experience in due diligence procedures and post-deal scenarios
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
