HROD Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research trends, summarize findings, and draw implications for knowledge-sharing initiatives supporting Portfolio companies and internal talent team.
  • Conduct workforce data analysis using external data sources for the benefit of Portfolio Companies and for internal use within SCBX.
  • Act as the primary Project Management Office (PMO) for the talent team, managing stakeholders and coordinating work and analyses in due diligence and post-deal contexts.
  • Serve as an internal advisor, engaging in idea exchange and discussions with Portfolio companies on various HR initiatives, covering organizational structure, workforce management, talent management, and talent development.
  • Build and nurture relationships with Portfolio companies.
  • Research technology and HR practices trends and disseminate knowledge internally.
  • Collaborate with other members of the talent team to develop software applications.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in consulting, Human Resources Organizational Development, or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of talent management and development strategies and implementation.
  • Experience in due diligence procedures and post-deal scenarios
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
